Kareen Nishimura's "Tractor" wastepaper basket, whose seams are reminiscent of the footprint left by a tire, is part of the refined and wide range of design objects made by recycling rubber from tires discarded by industry, ranging from wallets to shoes, purses, alcancias and other objects where Peruvian roots and oriental cleanliness come together. She is a well-known plastic artist who has derived in the design of products and participates in the collective "Recurseo", name that refers to the ingenuity applied to solve problems with few or poor resources.
